岗位职责：

1. 提供人才管理方向的咨询服务，主导企业内部访谈、调研、诊断，完成项目建议书；
2. 方案的设计、讲解、培训与研讨，撰写项目方案及报告；
3. 与客户进行充分沟通，正确、清晰、全面的了解客户需求，针对客户需求完成项目方案报告撰写；
4. 主持项目成果汇报工作，并辅助客户推进咨询方案的落地；
5. 运营管理大型测评或咨询类项目，监督跟进项目的交付实施。

任职要求：

1. 心理、管理、人力等专业本科及以上学历；
2. 3-5年企业管理咨询服务经历；
3. 熟练使用WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等常用办公软件，有较强的文字表达能力；
4. 掌握企业管理和人力资源管理理论，具有较强的学习能力；
5. 具有较强的沟通、理解、分析、判断与解决问题能力；
6. 有强烈的上进心，热爱研究工作，希望通过高强度的学习和工作快速成长为专业人士；
