负责餐厅的运营管理和日常运营，确保餐厅的顺利运营。负责制定和落实餐厅的预算计划，监控餐厅的经营状况，确保餐厅利润达到预期目标。

- 负责餐厅的客户服务和投诉处理，确保餐厅的客户满意度和品牌形象；
- 负责餐厅的营销活动和宣传策略，确保餐厅的知名度和客户流量；
- 负责餐厅的财务管理和财务报表的准确性，确保餐厅的财务稳健；
- 负责餐厅的知识产权管理和保护，确保餐厅的知识产权不被侵犯。
职位要求：
- 具有3年以上餐厅运营管理经验，熟悉餐厅的运营模式和管理流程；
- 不限工作经验，有成功的餐厅运营管理经历；
- 熟悉财务管理和财务报表的准确性，具备较强的财务分析和预算能力；
- 具有较强的沟通和协调能力，具备较强的领导和激励能力；
- 具有团队合作精神和责任心，具备较强的自我管理和问题解决能力；
- 热爱餐饮行业，具有较强的菜品口味和审美能力。
