职位 ：品牌直营店 销售主管(Supervisor)：

汇报对象 ：全国零售经理


Report to National Retail Manager

主要职责Major Responsibilities:
- 负责整个店铺的销售管理，管理下属团队员工，推动和跟踪销售团队提供的每日/每周/每月的销售来确保达成销售等各项指标；
Manage the team, follow up and push on daily/weekly/monthly performance and to achieve sales target and other KPI ；
- 日常店铺运营工作、财务管理和货品管理；
Daily shop operations;
- 与客人沟通，了解客户需求，努力提高客户满意度，反馈和处理客户意见和部分投诉;
Keep good relationship with customers, well communicate and know the demand of clients, solve the customer complain and give the valuable feedback to company;
- 与顾客良好互动，提供专业服务及个性化风格建议, 确保客户及时了解新产品和服务动态, 建立并维护忠诚持久的客户关系；
Provide highly professional and personalized style advise and sales service to customer, keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc. build a loyal clientele and maintain interactive relationship with customers；
- 与团队协作达成销售目标; 注重搭配销售，根据公司阶段性计划促进各产品线的销售和均衡增长；
Work with the team to achieve sales target; contribute to the healthy growth of the business by cross-selling and promoting the specific categories with the company’s period strategic direction；
- 向上级汇报店铺运营情况；
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management ；
- 完成上级指派的其他任务 ；
Other duties as assigned。

录用条件Core Competencies:
- 具备大专以上学历
College education back ground above
- 具有3-5年相关行业零售门店管理经验
Above 3 or 5 years related working experiences preferred
- 热爱奢侈品行业并愿意发展自己职业生涯
Passionate in luxury industry and wish to develop personal career path
- 具有高度的工作热情，积极进取的工作太态度，优秀的客户服务意识
With strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated, active sales acquisition & customer service
- 具备英语能力者优先考虑
Able to communicate in English is preferred
