CIBT is seeking a dynamic sales and client service professional to join our growing business in China focusing on developing and expanding our scope and presence with FSG clients.
This individual will be responsible for the following key functions:
Work individually and collatratively with CIBT’s business development team members and business leaders locally and globally to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets and drive exceptional growth in new clients
Drive the acquisition of new FSG clients and achieve set business sales objectives
Develop and execute successful lead generation activities and sales campaigns across the team to drive a robust pipeline of qualified and prioritized opportunities and provide comprehensive, accurate and timely sales forecast information
Consistently demonstrate excellent leadership, fostering and nurturing relationships with stakeholders in FSG and its client decision-makers, advancing the client relationships through strategic marketing consulting and advocacy, enabling references for future clients, and empowering operational service delivery team to fulfill client contractual obligations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate sales that meet established goals for you
Develop and plan account strategies that provide the greatest opportunity to make sales
Using Salesforce for all business development activities
Write proposals, conduct presentations, and demonstrate JV’s products, services and value proposition
Maintain an ongoing sales pipeline that accurately summarizes the current status of prospects and leads
Identify, research, analyze, and communicate competitive sales strategies
Represent JV publicly at client-facing events, including trade shows, conferences, sales presentations and other speaking engagements and favorably position the Company to targeted clients
Utilizing pre-existing relationships, referrals and cold calls to establish leads and prospective clients
Preparing sales materials that address specific client needs while creating customized solutions
Shapes and guides the strategic direction and associated tactics practiced by the Company’s client services managers that are tailored to FSG and its clients’ business objectives.
Commands a broad and practical understanding of products and services across brands, identifying opportunities for cross-selling of services and solutions. Collaborates with internal stakeholders in developing client proposals for new products and services.
Develop reports and analytics, leveraging technology to monitor trends and activity levels. Evaluates and monitors FSG clients, identifying opportunities, building strategies and developing goals, monitors and measures progress against goals

Must be able to multitask, manage time wisely and prioritize.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills to build relationships and drive growth through product sales.

EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent qualifications 10 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated outstanding sales skills to commercial clients at the executive level
Proven experience in fast paced consultative sales environment
Immigration, mobility or travel industry experience preferred.
Salesforce experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
The ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline, with Strong influencing skills and ability to develop and build excellent relationships
Travel approximately 50% of time to include international and domestic client meetings
Ability to solve complex cross-functional issues exercising critical thinking and sound judgment.
Able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work accordingly. Self-starter with desire to show ownership and commitment to role with limited supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills and global mind-set, able to engage effectively with diverse skill sets, lead and inspire and also work effectively as a team player
Proficiency with computer software, aptitude for learning new programs and commitment to data integrity.
