【工作职责Responsibility】
? 开发潜在供应商（代理商，经销商，以及有OEM, EMS或原厂的采购渠道等）;
Identification of potential suppliers (distributors, the suppliers of ODM, OEM, EMS, etc.)
? 与现有的供应商进行商业洽谈、保持良好关系;
Relationship building with existing suppliers
? 根据采购需求，进行询价、采购谈判、下单、追踪订单和物流动向;
Conducting inquiry, purchase negotiation, order placement, tracking order and logistics direction according to purchasing needs
? 及時跟進市场动向以及行业发展趋势
Analysing market trends and study industry development trends, giving out prompt responses
? 协助部门之间的沟通与合作
Communicating and cooperating with different departments
【工作要求 Requirement】
? 本科或以上学历
Bachelor's degree or above
? 3年以上在半导体分销商或代理商的采购工作相关经验
3+ years of relevant sourcing experience in IC electronics distributors
? 结果导向的工作态度：针对问题提出可行性方案
A results-oriented attitude to approach and tackle problems with actionable solutions
? 积极进取的性格：渴望成功，不畏惧挑战，订立目标并为之付诸努力
Self-motivated candidates ready to achieve bold goals, with a hunger for success and willingness to embrace challenges
