I – 工作目标 Primary


根据公司数字化运营及智能制造愿景，结合各业务部门提出的业务需求，独立或与外部供应商深度协作，开发，优化与数字化产品、生产制造过程以及生产运营相关的工业软件和解决方案
Based on the company's vision for digital operations and intelligent
manufacturing,combined with the business needs proposed by business functions,
independentlyor in deep collaboration with external suppliers, develop and
optimizeindustrial software and solutions related to digital products,
manufacture processand operations.

II – 主要工作职责 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. 负责公司制造执行系统（MES）的日常运维及后期结合业务需要的系统增强
Responsible for the daily maintenance of Manufacturing Execution System
(MES), as well assystem enhancements to meet business needs in the later stages.
2. 负责公司自动化生产线设备上位软件(FameView,
.Net)的日常运维及后期结合业务需要的优化，负责新自动化设备和生产线的开发过程中设备上位软件部分的开发
Responsible for the daily maintenance of automation production line and
equipments upperlevel software (FameView,. Net), as well as optimization based
on businessneeds in the later stage. Responsible for equipment upper-level
software developmentduring the new automation projects

根据业务部门的需求（数字化产品、生产制造过程以及生产运营相关等），独立开发或与外部供应商深度协作提供数字化解决方案并支持业务部门完成落地实施(.Net,
Python)
Independently develop or collaborate with external suppliers to provide
digital solutionsbased on the requirements of business functions (such as
digital products,production processes, and production operations), and support
business functionsin completing implementation.
4. 公司IS预算的管理，包括预算收集、申请、执行和管理
Manage IS budget, including budget collection, application, execution, and
management
5. 作为公司与外部IS团队的接口人，协调推动公司内部完成和IS相关的工作
As the coordinator between the company and external IS teams, coordinate
andpromote the completion of IS related work within the company

III –岗位要求 Qualifications & Requirements

1. 计算机相关专业本科或硕士学历
Bachelor or Master degree in computer related majors
2. 自动化工程/工业工程/信息工程相关专业本科或硕士学历，但需要具备能够胜任工作职责的IT能力
Bachelor or master degree in automation engineering /industrial
engineering/InformationEngineering, but IT skills that are capable of
fulfilling job responsibilitiesare required
3. 制造行业5年以上的系统及软件开发及运维经验，有制造执行系统（MES）、自动化设备上位软件开发和运维经验优先
At least 5 years of experience in system and software development and
operation maintenance in the manufacturing industry, with experience in
manufacturing execution systems (MES) and automation equipment upper level
software development and maintenance preferred
4. 优秀的基于微软.Net开发各类应用的经验和能力
Excellent experience and ability in developing various applications based
on Microsoft. Net
5. 熟悉工业领域主流通讯协议 (OPC, COM, DDE, Modbus)
Familiar with mainstream communication protocols in the industrial field
(OPC, COM, DDE,Modbus)
6. 优秀主流数据库的开发优化能力 (MySQL, MSSQL)
Excellent development and optimization capabilities for mainstream
databases (MySQL,MSSQL)
7. 熟练使用Python, 开发web, 以及桌面程序的技能
Proficient in using Python, developing web, and desktop programming skills.
8. 良好的前端开发能力 (html5, jQuery, etc.)
Good front-end development skills (html5, jQuery, etc.)
9. 熟悉制造业主流系统 MES，ERP（SAP）
Familiar with manufacturing systems MES，ERP（SAP）
10. 了解主流软件开发框架 (WCF, Spring, Hbernate 等)
Understand mainstream software development frameworks (WCF, Spring,
Hbernate, etc.)
11. 有工业人工智能解决方案开发经验优先
Experience in developing industrial AI solutions is preferred
12. 有网络安全(openssl)开发经验优先
Experience in developing network security (OpenSSL) is a plus
13. 可以熟练使用主流操作系统: windows server, Linux like
Proficient in using mainstream operating systems such as Windows server
and Linux like
14. 良好的英语沟通能力，能够在日常工作中使用英语沟通
Good English communication skills, able to communicate in English in daily
work
15. 对新技术和知识有较强的学习和接受能力
Strong ability to learn and accept new technologies and knowledge.
16. 良好的沟通能力、项目管理能力、PPT制作及汇报能力
Good communication skills, project management skills, PPT and reporting
skills
17. 良好的跨部门协作能力，能够在项目工作中高效协同
Good cross function collaboration ability, able to efficiently collaborate
in project work
