General Responsibilities 主要工作职责
To complete accounting issue arrangement, direct report to Branch Manager and dot line report to HQT Finance.
完成财务工作安排，直线汇报分公司经理，虚线汇报总部财务部
Keep a good communication with branches and departments
与总部和部门保持良好沟通
Be an expert of accounting system
精通财务系统
Responsible for coordinate and ensure on-time and high quality delivery of period-end closing activities including closing check, accrual process, other closing run
负责高质量且有时效的月度季度年度关帐事宜
Support to improve the internal processes and system, ensure implementation of best practice
积极配合内部流程/系统设置/操作规范的改进工作

Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
Prepare DSO / Overdue / AR weekly & monthly report, trace overdue.
准备应收帐款相关报告，积极催收应收账款
Support to check and clear IC related
协助清理海外帐单
Check the payment application from operation; asssist to create the vendor code in system and update supplier list
负责业务部门提交的付款清单核对；协助供应商信息管理和和更新供应商清单
Handle month / quarter / year end process, report to HQT
月度季度年度关帐工作，并汇报总部
Handle tax declaration
主管财务申报工作
Finance voucher filing properly
财务凭证装订及管理
Support audit issue, including FA inspect.
相关审计事宜，包括固定资产盘点
Other tasks assigned
上级安排的其他工作

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or other relevant subjects
金融财务专业本科以上学历
3+ working experience, at least 2 years’ relevant experience in global forwarding industry
3年以上工作经验，2年外资物流企业工作经验
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, Good communication skills
流利的英文和普通话，良好的沟通能力
Strong organizing and planning skills
拥有较强的组织和计划能力
Fast learner, initiative and quick response
学习能力强、工作积极主动、对突发事件反应迅速
Integrity and responsibility
既有诚信又有责任心
PC skill (proficiency in excel), and accounting software, SAP experience is preferred
擅长excel和财务软件，拥有 SAP使用经验优先
