Responsibilities:
1. Handle booking issues；
2. Update vessel schedule to customers regularly;
3. Handle relative enquires from customers by calls or mails ；
4. Handling special case, like COD / COV / Un-claim shipment;
5. Issue loading report / weekly report to management.

Requirements:
1.Good communication skills & amp; have strong teamwork spirit;
2.Two-years shipping company working experience is preferable.
3.Be familiar with booking procedure and allocation control procedure;
4.CET-4 or above, fluent oral / writing English ability;
5.Independent, stable, self-motivated, hardworking and responsible.
