Essential Job Functions and Duties:
1.Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating and storing.
-对企业客户的公司注册资料进行数据录入、整理更新及存储。
2.Crosscheck and verify data keyed into the databases for accuracy, Compile, verify and sort information to prepare documents for company statutory filing.
-对输入数据库中的资料进行复核及验证。编制、核实并整理客户信息，为客户准备其公司法定文件。
3.Review data for completeness and accuracy，resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
-检查数据的完整性和准确性，解决信息差异，为不完整的文件资料查获进一步的信息。
4.Scan documents and email stamped statutory documents to clients, Follow up on document status with internal departments, local and overseas registry and overseas branches.
-扫描文件并将加盖公章的法定文件发送给客户。与公司内部其它部门、本地及海外注册中心分支机构一起跟进客户文件状态。
5.Comply with data integrity and security policies, Support team leader on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
-遵循数据完整性及公司客户资料安全政策，协助上司完成其它团队项目任务。
Requirements:
1.Associate Degree holder, 1 - 2 years of working experience in business field, prior experience in data entry.
-大专以上学历，专业不限，具备1-2年银行后台或大型SSC、数据处理运营中心工作经验。
2.High proficiency in MS Office, Word (English and Chinese) and Excel, proficiency both in Chinese and English, Cantonese is an advantage.
-熟悉使用MS Office办公软件，熟练使用普通话及英语，会粤语者更佳。
3.High level skills for details and figures, fast to learn and can perform well under deadline and minimum supervision
