基本职责：
1、 负责跨境平台以及抖音店铺日常运营和直播运营，为跨境平台以及抖音店铺业绩负责，完成每月销售目标
2、 熟悉抖音直播平台，对直播内容以及实施有2-3年以上经验，有抖音的电商店铺运营经验优先考虑
3、 抖音流量DOU+、小店随心推以及千川投放逻辑，分析目标用户人群和潜在用户人群，优化投放
4、 对于视频团队能提出明确需求，提升视频引流直播间效率
5、 定期向品牌方以及市场部汇报项目内容

1、对电商行业有一定理解
2、熟练运用excel、PPT
3、专科(全日制) 以上学历，英语听说读写可用
4、2年以上抖音运营经验，有天猫国际海外店、抖音店运营经验优先
