职位描述
工作内容：
1. 在区域经理的领导下，全面负责项目日常管理工作，包括工程维护，维修设施设备维护保养，保安保洁绿化维护资产安全
2. 负责对项目点安全隐患排查做好记录和整改以及执行并落实公司及当地政府相关政策制度得到有效执行。
3. 负责监督日常巡查工作，确保客户所需服务及设施设备良好运转，提高团队士气公正公平合理分配员工工作任务降低员工流失率，提高工作效率提升客户满意度提升公司品牌形象。
4. 制定审核各项工作年度月度计划得到实施。
5. 负责项目点员工招聘培训考勤日常管理工作。
6. 处理好维系好客户关系，以及完成上级交代的相关工作。
任职要求 ：
1. 大专及以上学历同等职位３年及以上（特别优者可放宽）。
2. 良好的身体素质及较高职业素养道德品质。
3. 熟悉物业管理工作，对安全合同管理，办公室行政管理等内容了解并熟悉，财务数据敏感。
4. 具备较强的领导力较好沟通技巧懂得灵活变通。
