In your new role you will:
As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the data requirement, consolidation, analysis & integration of GC digitalG2M ecosystem, understand local data, global data requirement/ algorithm, connect and integrate data, ensure GC data/KPI/Result is fully aligned with data requirement & algorithm in IFX digital G2M ecosystem, implement and oversee strategies, generate data insight to enable user engagement and improve conversion and overall user engagement, as well as managing a team of Web analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
?Define data strategy & data flow of GC digital G2M ecosystem, enable and sustain 360 Customer profile for marketing automation & Leads management.
?Understand WeChat Developer Tools for analyzing WeChat Mini Program.
?Understand Mar tech solution used in WeChat Ecosystem and able to map the data to global data metrics.
?Develop custom tracking solutions to enable connections to GC digital channels to connect the data dots.
?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives to define data requirements, develop & synchronize reporting tools and dashboards to manage performance transparently and efficiently, and meanwhile ensure consistence with global algorithm.
?Implement and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, WeChat Integration) to collect relevant data.
?Analyze data, user behavior, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and insights in user experience, digital user touchpoints, and digital marketing efforts, and then provide data-driven recommendations to improve online performance.
?Monitor and analyze competitors' online activities to identify industry trends and benchmark our performance.
职位要求：
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
?Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
?5-7 years of relevant industry experience in either data engineering, business intelligence, data science, or related field with experience in manipulating, processing, and extracting value from complex datasets.
?Strong business understanding on WeChat ecosystem (included, WeChat mini program, We Com, WeChat service & subscription accounts), understand SCRM & CDP
?Proven experience as a Web Analyst or in a similar role & practical experience with RDBMS, Bigdata, and Graph DB technologies.
?Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics).
?Technical Skills: Hadoop, Spark / PySpark, SQL, Tableau
?Familiar with Unix Commands and basic work experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
