Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (“VWATJ”), a wholly owned
subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the largest green-field transmission
producer of the VW Group in China. Across two plants, we produce premium
quality Double-clutch Gearbox (DSG) transmissions, hybrid transmissions and
e-drives.

Your Responsibility
? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Head of
Department
? Prepare and maintain departmental documents, reports and presentations as
required
? Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items for
departmental meetings
? Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for the Head of Department
? Responsible for information sharing and communication internally and
externally
? Responsible for administration arrangement for TDD department
? Assist in managing departmental budgets, tacking expenses and processing
invoices
? Organize and maintain departmental databases, ensuring accuracy and
accessibility
? Foster collaboration and teamwork within the department by assisting in
teambuilding initiatives
? address routine inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly

Our Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, English or German
studies or related field
? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
? Discreet and able to handle confidential information
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Team player with a positive attitude
? Ability to work independently and take initiative
? Proactive and adaptable
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up
? Chinese and English (fluent), German is a plus
? Experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
? Very good MS Office skill
