职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide personal administrative support and assistance to VP；
2. Assist VP for the business project analysys, data collection, PPT modification；
3. Logistics market intelligence with market drivers and trends defining
4. Evaluating and producing new marketing plans
5. Source of competitor, market, customer understanding
6. Develop and implement marketing activities (meeting, exhibition, seminar, etc.)
7. Monitor customers’ networks；
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent organizational skills
2. A strategic thinker with a demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and presentation.
3. Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional leaders.
5. Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
6. Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
7. Analytical and pro-active mind for solution driven in view of the quantitative management.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain is highly preferred；
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with international freight forwarding companies；
3. Relevant experience in business planning/analysis, and project management；
4. Relevant experience in data visualization tools and software；
5. Strong inter-personal skills and stakeholder management；
