职位描述
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
? Develop deep understanding on our new technologies and solution, especially in green development areas relevant to our business portfolio.
? Develop BD plans to promote key technologies and solutions in China market.
? Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, including key account’s executives and decision makers, and develop strategic partnerships on new technologies.
? Effectively communicate our technology’s value propositions with potential customers and explore concrete business opportunities.
? Exchange closely with global and local BU colleagues, foster strong collaboration with them to formulate China business strategy, unique approach and to win concrete projects.
? Leverage synergy across multiple businesses for new technology development in common market and key customers.
? Participate in relevant external industry and technology events, to present/promote our technologies, as well as to develop a network of industry experts.
? Understand industry’s technology trends and standard setting, and influence on standard drafting through various organizations, including EU Chamber of Commerce.
? Pay attention to technology know-how leakage risks, and proactively protect our know-how, including leveraging IP measures.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering fields, with a relevant Master’s Degree is preferred.
? Minimum of five years of key account business development experience, preferably in leading MNCs in the field of energy, gas, chemical, or other related process technologies.
? Good track record of concrete business development of new technologies, with a background in technical presales, product development, or relevant technical experiences.
? Having a strong network of industry experts on green technologies in China market is a plus.
? Excellent interpersonal skills required to develop harmonious working relationships, and to influence on internal and external executives and working level staffs.
? Successfully apply consultative selling skills for technology BD, with sensitivity to various stakeholders needs.
? Be diligent, professional, and resilient.
