Admissions:

* To respond to all enquiries (telephone, email, in person) providing advice
when necessary to prospective pupils, parents.
* To conduct school tours.
* To convert enquiries into applications.
* To clarify the enrolment procedure to all applicants/ potential applicants.
* To liaise with parents and teachers to arrange assessments.
* Assist teachers to conduct assessments smoothly( help parents to understand
teachers’ instructions, ease the applicants into the environment).
* On behalf of the Head, to inform applicants the assessment results, clarify
student deposit terms and collect “Conditions and Declarations Document” from
parents.
* Creating and maintaining pupil files on the admissions database.
* Update parents directory.
* To prepare student enrolment / leaving documents when needed.
* To send weekly reports to Headmaster, Head of administration.
* manage school’s student Identity and synchronize them with government
education system.
Parent liaison & Promotion:

* Maintain stocks of all marketing materials.
* Deal with parent concerns and enquiries that are not direct teacher
concerns promptly and efficiently.
* Use the local contacts guide to distribute brochures and information about
the school to establishments frequented by market.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS职位要求

* Bachelor Degree
* At least 3 years’ working experience, preferable in Admissions/Marketing
position
* Good Excel and Word, PPT skills
* Good command of English
* High levels of personal integrity.
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
* Willingness to take on multiple tasks
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Ability to work independently
* Continually strive for improvement
* Adaptability
