1、协助各区域销售团队挖掘客户的培训需求，通过专业的售前、解决方案及交付管理支持销售业绩达成；
2、基于公司的产品体系，并结合行业洞察及行业需求，进行行业性场景化解决方案的设计
3、根据客户需求支持销售端制定相应的解决方案，协助大客户销售陪访；
4、组织相关部门进行销售赋能，参与建立内容解决方案案例库、资料库；
5、完成主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上工作经验，领导力培训、课程设计、学习项目设计、人才培养等项目经验优先，资深乙方工作经验优先；
3、具备行业洞察能力，能够识别适配不同行业的需求，有丰富的重点行业项目经理（如金融、制造等）；
4、熟悉文案的处理工具，具备优秀的文案撰写及呈现能力。
