5、帮助指导下属成员完成销售目标并提高销售业绩；
任职条件：
1、年龄30岁以下。
2、人力资源行业3年以上经验，销售出身1年以上管理经验，现业绩优秀的top销售背景可接受无管理经验者；、
3、性格开朗，勤奋，执行力强，具备良好的沟通及理解能力和执行力；、
4、具备中小企业客户公关能力和服务经验，熟悉北京人力资源市场，习惯数据化思维，善于使用excel，PPT。
5、重点考察具备服务中小客户的经验。
