职位描述
1、调配使用内外部资源,推动所属团队达成业绩目标;
2、协同团队成员对重点客户进行开发和维护,组织协助团队成员参与重点项目的投标工作。
3、招募管理团队成员,并给予培训及工作指引,指导团队成员提升工作绩效;
4、及时发现业务运作中存在的各种问题,提供有效的解决方案;
5、协调部门内部工作,提高团队凝聚力;
6、发现及反馈市场信息,提供有建设性的意见;
7、对CRM和管理报表进行分析;
8、承担跨部门的沟通协调工作及其他内部控制工作等。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、具有3年以上销售团队管理经验,有人力资源行业从业者经验或国央企客户开发服务经验、政府项目服务经验者优先;
3、过往的工作中有良好的业绩表现,能够证明是成功的销售团队管理者;
4、较强的沟通协调能力,能主动与各部门进行良好的沟通,协调并整合各项资源
5、市场敏感度强,具备良好的商业意识、人际敏感度以及沟通谈判能力;
6、能在压力下工作,积极主动,具有较高的职业素养和责任心、团队合作精神
