1、调配使用内外部资源，推动所属团队达成业绩目标；
2、协同团队成员对重点客户进行开发和维护，组织协助团队成员参与重点项目的投标工作。
3、招募管理团队成员，并给予培训及工作指引，指导团队成员提升工作绩效；
4、及时发现业务运作中存在的各种问题，提供有效的解决方案；
5、协调部门内部工作，提高团队凝聚力；
6、发现及反馈市场信息，提供有建设性的意见；
7、对CRM和管理报表进行分析；
8、承担跨部门的沟通协调工作及其他内部控制工作等。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具有3年以上销售团队管理经验，有人力资源行业从业者经验或国央企客户开发服务经验、政府项目服务经验者优先；
3、过往的工作中有良好的业绩表现，能够证明是成功的销售团队管理者；
4、较强的沟通协调能力，能主动与各部门进行良好的沟通，协调并整合各项资源
5、市场敏感度强，具备良好的商业意识、人际敏感度以及沟通谈判能力；
6、能在压力下工作，积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心、团队合作精神
