Responsibilities are:
Lead according to NNIT’s value
Department Business development and implementation of Business Plans
Department strategy development including communication and follow-up on Business Plan, Competency plan, Organizational Review.
Continuously drive business development including standardizing and improving the development process, tools and platform, code management, release management, as well as security management in development work.
Team management including team competence development, new technology adopting, team member coaching, technical task force handling (for difficult technical issue/innovation)
Provide support to team members for solution design and implementation for selected customer groups/offerings
Participate in major customer and stakeholder engagements – during both pre-sales and delivery phase
Business management:
Responsibility (P&L) for the department. (This is only relevant in some Manager positions).
Build up, organize and staff the department. Ensure adequate staffing for coming pipeline
Ensure the right utilization of the team

People Leadership:
Appraisal, competency development, target setting etc
Coaching
Workforce Planning

Profile:
Computer Science or Engineering education background and strong team spirit.
5+ year working experience in large development projects and 3+ year management experience in development organization
Familiar with Microsoft development technology, D365 project knowledge and Wechat/WeCOM project knowledge is a plus.
