Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the execution of one or more R&D projects to meet project targets
? Coordinate work of local and cross-functional project team
? Manages the allocated project teams and defines with key stakeholders the scope of work, cost / budget, resources required, time schedule and detailed work allocation
? Motivates and leads internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
? Monitors and controls project cost and financials and reports deviations
? Ensures project results are transferred to relevant line organization or department responsible
? Uses own technical domain knowledge to provide technical support to colleagues or other functional teams
? Serves as key contact for project stakeholders and effectively communicates appropriate information to in timely manner to achieve desired understanding and support projects, processes and tools
? Ensures project follows sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard internal directives and procedures
? Ensures projects follow external standards etc. that influence activities and targets
? Manage uncertainties and risks
? Identifies, contains and reduces risk and makes sure that they are properly prioritized, managed and communicated

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering or communication engineering or electronic information engineering
? 3 years+ work experience of project management, 1 year+ work experience of software or electronical development
? Familiar with IPD product development or Agile Scrum development
? Project management experience proved by certificate of worldwide company or PMI is preferred
? Proactive, team-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure and excellent at communication and coordination
? Chinese as mother tongue, very good English (fluently)
