The Role:
Serve local and global clients and work on new business development to drive revenue growth.

Business Development
-Work on business development, approach prospect to win new business and try to achieve existing client penetration;
-Conduct preparation of tender including related document and presentations;
-Coordinate internally with other departments for related information for prospect business;

Client Services
-Serve global and local client in aspect of broking and insurance trainings, etc;
-Contribute to internal discussion and knowledge sharing;

Operational KPI
-Follow the company's compliance policy;
-Satisfy KPI, including AR, CRM, etc.

Requirements:
- Above bachelor degree; Major in Insurance or Risk Management will have the preference;
- More than 8 years working experience in insurance industry or more than 5 years to serve the large accounts in international brokers;
- Sufficient knowledge for major policy term, placement and claims.
- Strong relationship with insurance company and market player
- Fluent at English speaking and writing.
- Familiar with office software
