Job description：
1. Responsible for identifying time analysis errors and MTM code usage fallacy, and correction proposal;
2. Responsible for deviation finding between process requirement and MTM analysis;
3. Classify all the time analysis properly;
4. Responsible for factory specific time analysis code creation and modification;
5. Find the potential of process economy, and join in productive improve project as IE role;
6. Support PP and launch team to do the time analysis for new product.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor, major in mechanical, automotive engineer or industrial engineering;
2. Basic knowledgeable in time analysis by using MTM method;
3. Excellent in process improvement, problem-solving and data analytical skills;
4. Proficient English would be an advantage, or can be used as business language;
5. Proficient with computer operation and MS office;
6. Certificate on MTM method is a plus;
7. 3 years working experience in automotive industry, especially in assembly process planning.
