岗位职责：
一、费用审核Daily audit of expense claims
1. 日常差旅费用审核Daily audit of expense claims；
2. 现金盘点 Making cash count sheet;
二、发票开具及认证Invoicing and certification
1. 每月与客户进行对账后开具相应发票Issue invoices after checking accounts with customers in each month;
2.月末根据GL entry list认证当月收到的增值税专用发票并登记Certified and registered monthly VAT invoices;
3.月末根据GL entry list核对当月账目中的进项税税金是否和认证金额一致Check whether the input tax is consistent with the certified amount according to GL Entry list at the end of the month;
三、核对及报表更新Check and update report
1. 凭证整理保管及贴银行回单Sorting out and keeping vouchers and pasting bank receipts;
2. 柜台押金登记Counter deposit registration;
3. 资料整理及归档Data sorting and filing.
任职资格：
1.本科及本科以上 Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or related;
2.财务及相关专业;
3.熟练使用Excel\PPT等办公软件 Proficient in office software such as Excel\PPT;
4.基本的英文读写能力 Basic English reading and writing skills;
年龄要求：
23-35岁
