? Sales revenue growth and profitability of SMR Lang fang & Yang cheng
? New business development of Injection, Painting, PCBa, and Motor Parts
? Company growth strategy
? Key customer account business and strategic planning
? Customer relationship and satisfaction management
? Promotion and marketing of new technologies and innovations
? Manage or coordinate with related operations & supporting functions
? Ensure annual budgets in line with strategic intent, project and support requirements
? Oversee new product development project ‘fast-track’ performance; ensure all new projects meet financial objectives
? Carry out projects and duties as directed from time to time in line with policy and procedure and as laid out by management
? Responsible for successful implementation of all new product
Key requirements for position:
? 10 years in a sales & engineering (China) expertise within the automotive industry (essential)
? 5 years leadership, motivation and development of technical / commercial professional staff
? Graduate in engineering, business administration with technical portion or similar discipline
? Knowledge of electronic development standards and projects (requirements, resource, timings and risks)
? Technical knowledge in automotive component design and launch
? Understanding and living of business standards & behavior in Chinese business environment
? Ensuring compliance with the regulations on occupational safety and health management
? Ensuring compliance with corporate policies
? Knowledge of software development standards and projects
? Budgeting and cost control principles
? Excellent communication and relationship management
