Acts as project manager for IT-related projects by accurately understanding business department's requirements, transfer those needs into IT specifications
Supports business departments to model and optimize business processes and to manage projects from IT side, as well as maintaining and enhancing process modelling and the project management framework Cooperation and support group application roli out/implementation in China
Ensures the coordination of all relevant parties (internal and external) and is driving the project team to ensures timely and high quality deliverables (i.e. documentation, application, training, etc.)
Responsible for program/ project and work package allocation to team members (internal and external) Comprehensive planning, execution and control of the project with regard to time, quality and budget Establishing and technical management of the project team and the project organization Proactively report to the internal project manager to steer on the project status
Demanding work results and work papers from the supplier as well as the reports required for monitoring(e.g.status reports)
Management of IT service providers during the whole project phase, such as regular execution of reviews with the ;upplier.
Identify, document and manage project risks and issues to minimize their impact on projects To ensure the project fulfil the information security requirement and regulation. Work with Internal PM on the project resource management and cost control. Lead the project go through the IT quality gateway
Comprehensive handover of 1T-Systems from project phase to operation phase Integrating new technologies and solutions into IT-Processes
Qualifications:
' At least 5 years' experience as a lT Project Manager, experienced on both waterfall and Agile project management
Proven Project Management qualification and understand methodology (e.g. ITIL,CMMI, SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE II),demonstrated ability to design and run projects following relevant methodology, tailoring suitably
A proven ability to lead projects for whole life cycle, experience of delivering either IT consulting /Software Development related projects or both
ability to Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and control.
Proven customer engagement skills, including the ability to pro-actively resolve issues and increase customer satisfaction. Ideally worked with large corporate customer and vendors previously
Be an excellent communicator, and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience Strong presentation and documentation skill are required Experience in Automotive Industry is preferred
