Lead solution design function
? Collect and clarify business needs for external and internal customers
? Design connectivity end customer used features, products and solutions
? Identify and design positioning of features, products and solutions
? Develop business case, including pricing, potential cross sell opportunities, cost, etc.
? Prioritize feature (updates) development based on business case, competition analysis and other benefits – steering committee decision
? Propose strategy update if major trends are identified from policy, competitor, etc.
? Support solution development team as needed
Participate in operation design and implementation
? Lead business test and solution (features) release with relevant team
? Build up operation organization and process and set up operation regular meeting
? Collect customer feedback on existing connectivity solution
? Provide product improvement proposal, track updates progress and test updates and collect
? customer feedback
? Coordinate with business team when the operation requires collaboration
? Operate connectivity solution for customer as needed
