Summary

Responsible for managing the Corporate Finance team which consist of general ledger, taxes, fixed asset, statutory reporting and compliance for six legal entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to Corporate headquarters

·Provide first level of support to Finance teams in China FSSC on month end close issues to enable the region to complete closing activities on time

·Perform legal entity financial statement review and explain variances

·Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and ensure reconciling items are resolved timely

·Oversee Fixed Asset process and Fixed Assets capitalization

·Oversee tax reporting and compliance and work with divisions to ensure tax compliance

·Coordination of tax related inquires and investigations of Cameron entities in China by PRC tax authorities

·Key point of contact for external and internal audits and coordinate with internal business partners to ensure audits and statutory reporting are completed on time

· Lead the planning and coordination of the annual budget process for the corporate functions and provide financial planning and analysis support for the corporate functions

· Coordinate compliance activities according to Sarbanes Oxley internal control requirements

· Lead all annual filing and checking for all China entities

· Prepare annual Budget

Requirements

·CPA or MBA with 10 years of accounting/controllership experience

·Prior experience in managing GL and Tax processes in a MNC environment

·Managed entities with minimum USD100m revenue per year

·Strong SAP experience with minimum 3 to 5 years

·Strong leadership skills in managing a team

·Able to resolve issues across divisions in a complex, multi-divisional, matrix organization

·Able to drive process and system improvements to improve employee productivity

·Fluent in both English and Chinese.
