Responsibilities

1.Manage the field service activities in China
2.Provide technical support to our agents and distributors in China and Asia.
3.Manage the field service team and subcontractors (if any) in some large projects
4.Co-work with aftermarket sales team, create and develop service proposals and quotes.
5.Routinely interact with our Houston office for solutions and advice.

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree (B.S. preferred) from a four-year college or university; 3+ years related experience.
2.Mechanical Engineer with solid experience on reciprocating compression equipment is required.
3.Exposure to electrical/controls desired; if not, ability and desire to learn.
4.Direct personnel management experience is preferred, but not required.
5.Knowledge of service procedures, and knowledge of and compliance with HSE policies and procedures
6.Ability to conduct technical conversations over the phone; excellent writing skills for both technical reporting and email communication.
7.Ability to extract technical essence from customers' reports and transmit it un-obliterated.
8.Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
9.Previous exposure with working for western company is desired.
10.Fluent in both Chinese and English.
11.Willing to travel when needed.
