？Expert with Oracle PostgreSQL and MySQL Database
？Experience with database architecture , design, security
？Experience with performance tuning in Application and hardware level
？Experience with database installation, upgrade, configuration,？ disaster recovery, RMAN
？Experience with Oracle RAC, Data guard, OEM
？Skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Linux shell and Windows scripting
？Skilled in Redhat Linux
？Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
？Provide technical direction and support
？Proactively monitor and report the potential technical risks
？Ensure alignment with technical strategy and delivers Volkswagen group
？Ensure a consistent approach in IT systems management aligned with Volkswagen standard
？Provide support to IT incidents and events and ensure timely resolution and escalation
？Provide metrics and participate in Incident Review Analysis meetings, detailing failings or concerns experienced during incident handling that will feed into continual service improvement plans, process and training
？Assist with Change Management and Release Management from technical opinion as needed
？Review capacities and sizing of database regularly
？Influence and guide business process owners in leveraging innovation and adoption of new technology to maximize business value
？Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
？Co-operate and coordinate with project team and operation team as required and maximize the collective benefits of these interactions from a technology perspective
？Understand business process in order to prioritize technical innovation and enhancements
？Plan, design and manage a Configuration management Database (CMDB)
？Identify CIs for entry into CMDB and their relationships to each other
？Verify CMDB accuracy
？Prepare and maintain operation and design documentations
？Skilled with windows serer administration
？Skilled with LDAP directory administration
？Skilled with Business analysis
？Experience with load and performance test
