岗位职责
1、负责公司企业微信用户池的用户增长，对用户规模负责。能通过商务合作、内容引流、增长活动、运营工具等多种方式，获取大学生有求职需求用户，为用户池带来有效增长；
2、不断筛选和探索优质的用户增长渠道和路径，通过持续的创新和迭代，提升增长效率和效果，并形成可复制的方法论；
3、在有效增长的同时提高用户价值，针对不同来源和属性的用户设计后续运营转化方案，并根据转化数据及时调整增长和运营方案；
4、对用户进行分级分层管理、提高运营效率，实现用户池规模健康增长。


任职要求
1、本科以上学历，3年以上私域或微信生态运营增长经验，有企业微信增长成功案例优先；
2、对微信生态及企业微信有深度了解，熟悉规则，熟练运用主流运营工具；
3、有校园、职场方向用户增长运营经验或资源者优先；
4、良好的沟通能力和抗压能力，较强的数据分析能力和业务敏锐度。
