The Role：

As a placement specialist, this position will work with Business Units, and place their insurance program to insurance markets.
? Work closely with Business team and its Account executives;
? Fully understand BU’s insurance program, target terms, and discuss on placement strategy;
? Place to and communicate with insurance markets and get most competitive conditions ;
? Keep close communication with insurance markets, familiar with their UW appetite, and market update.

The Requirements:
? Bachelor or above;
? At least 5 years of work experience in insurance industry.
? Being skilled in non-life insurance products, especially property and casualty;
? Eager to learn, active, team working and ambitious.
? Fluent English speaking and writing;
? Good communication skill
