Responsibilities:
1. Product Planning / Risk Management
Prepare presentation with around in reporting to management & top management level.
the overall planning and product portfolio to relevant Stakeholder.
Align project scope with TPL in TN department and stakeholders.
Identify the risks affecting the projects, advising relevant parties and take ownership of risk response planning
2. Technical Solution for Architecture Evaluation
Evaluate requested changes among product requirements, Prepare the technical analysis architecture materials.
Support in deciding requested changes based on multi-factor process control
Communicate a decision to impacted stakeholders
Assess and approve deliverables
Provide support (advise/collaborate etc.) to the technical executives and other related departments regarding overall technical solution management as well as individual/collective project activities
3. Project Management Approach/methodology Development
Research industry or other industries trends, best practices and improvement opportunities from all sectors so that process/technology projects can be fully optimized in delivering solutions and benefits to the business
Identify and implement new & disruptive PM methods

Qualifications:
Regular University with Bachelor’s Degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Electronics or equivalent.
Have strong PPT capabilities is plus.
More than 5 years of project management and related experience, at least 1-2 complete Internet or automotive industry related project experience.
Experience within VGC or VW AG (preferred product/ PMO)
Experience within Safe process as RTE or scrum master
Languages: Fluent in English & Chinese
Self-driven, excellent abilities in independent, self-organized work, and cross-functional/-entity collaboration;
Excellent communication, explanation and convincing skills
High passion for identifying and solving real consumer and business problems.
