工作内容:
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的销售经理,负责领导和管理铸造行业的销售业务。该职位的主要职责包括:
* 制定销售目标和策略,并确保团队实现这些目标
* 拓展销售渠道,建立销售网络,维护现有客户关系,同时积极开发新客户
* 制定销售计划并执行,确保销售目标实现
* 指导和管理销售团队,促进团队销售能力的提升
* 调研市场,收集客户需求,了解行业动态,为公司提供销售决策支持
* 参与销售项目实施,包括合同谈判、订单管理等工作
* 完成销售合同的签订和跟踪
* 配合其他部门的运营,提升销售业务整体运营效率
职位要求:
* 1-3年以上销售经理经验,有铸造行业销售经理经验者优先
* 熟悉铸造行业客户需求和市场情况,了解行业销售模式和规律
* 具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力和领导力,具备良好的抗压能力
* 熟悉销售项目管理流程,具备良好的销售计划和执行能力
* 具备良好的数据处理和统计能力,能够对销售数据进行分析和优化
* 具备良好的职业素养和职业道德,具备良好的抗风险意识
* 期望具备良好的英语听说读写能力
Role Overview:
As a Foundry Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the foundry industry in China. With a focus on fostering relationships with design institutes, foundry companies, and other relevant stakeholders, you will aim to enhance RHI Magnesita’s commercial position and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain relationships with key customers within foundry and related industries, with a focus on design institutes and foundry companies.
? Identify and engage potential clients from related sectors such as smelting furnace manufacturers (e.g., Yingda), casting consumables, casting mold manufacturers, and competitors of Western Superconducting Technologies.
? Leverage existing connections within the metallurgical and non-ferrous industries to explore new business opportunities.
? Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
? Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
? Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
? Travel extensively (~90%) to meet with customers, attend industry events, and represent RHI Magnesita in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
? 1-3 years of sales or application working experience in foundry or related industries.
? A background in Metallurgy or a related field is desirable.
? Proven ability to execute marketing initiatives within the foundry sector is a plus.
? Knowledge of foundry main applications and main competitions.
? Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
? Entrepreneurial spirit, with the willingness to take initiatives to grow the business.
? Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
? Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
