Principal responsibilities

• Serve as SME of Unsecured Loan product respectively to develop and execute the global, regional and local assets strategies in line with propositions.
• Able to understand risks and making judgments in highly complex situations in relevant fields which are strategically important for business and which are in new/unfamiliar areas 
• Able to assist in executing pricing strategies and recommendations consistent with the market conditions, latest regulations, Group guidelines, and finance pricing models. 
• Contribute to cross-functional departments projects to enhance the overall service quality of the bank.
• Maintain a regular dialogue with external counterparts (e.g. online channels, etc.)  in order to get the Bank well prepared for the businesses once we are allowed to expand our scope.
• Lead and implement projects and new initiatives. 

 

Qualifications:

• The jobholder must equip with strong financial knowledge and technical know-how in relevant unsecured loan markets, and the depth of capability must reach down to micro level so that the jobholder could determine with ease the soundness of specific products.
• Fin-tech knowledge is a plus.
• University Graduate in 8-10 years.
