Internal Job Title: Process Coordinator

Provides end to end P2P services, that includes sourcing, buying and expediting services that results in timely delivery of equipment and materials at the best TCO to meet business needs.
Responsible for providing business analysis for Hong Kong Terminal and leading Hong Kong Lubricant supply / demand operations
Position Details : Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
? Supports HK ISC on OPEX and CAPEX stewardships, manages reporting of key performance indicators. Analyze monthly performance and prepares commentary on exception. Ensures accurate and consistent performance report with MSSC, Finance and OEHES
? Collaborates with regional and in-country planner to develop & maintain business plans and cost recovery model for HK ISC. Ensures alignment with marketing strategies, terminal network strategies, business change and cost saving initiatives
? Support benchmarking exercise and cost / efficiency improvement initiatives
? Support management system, compliance and audit related activities for HK ISC, including documentation system control, audit coordination, actions tracking, etc.
? Lead HK terminal team to source, plan, replenish and manage inventory level at HK warehouse to support Finished and Marine Lubricants sales demand. Coordinate with stakeholders on supply & demand issues, including import & export, SKU management, old & slow stock management, OTIF, etc.
? Lead HK terminal team on sales order processing, and support sales & customer interface. Coordinate with stakeholders and product picking an delivery; maintain ESPS transfer price
? Lead HK terminal team to perform Stock Reconciliation of physical against book inventory according to corporate guidance. Provide local support and the point of contact on system issues relating SAP, Ariba and OnePort, etc.

Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related courses
? At least 5 years experience in supply chain operation, experience with performance reporting and analysis work
? Good skills in English and Chinese; can coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional and diverse groups
? Strong analytical, teamwork and people engagement skills
? Good with numbers
? Strong PC (Personal Computer) competency, SAP knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
? Able to communicate in Cantonese
? Knowledge in fuel business or terminal operation is a plus
