Job Description:
As Customer Application Engineer (CAE) provide technical support to customers for Infineon High Power product and their relevant system applications.
In your new role you will:
? Provide high power product (MOSFET/SiC, Gate Driver.etc) technical consulting to customers during customers’ evaluation and development phase, support internal FAE to support their customers
? Perform application system circuit analysis based on customer application requirements, answer questions and help to debug customers’ designs
? Work cross functionally with Marketing, HW/SW development, and chip/solution design teams in supporting customers, collect IP/product/application requirements in the related area, by communicating with customers and internal teams.
? Prepare and deliver product/application training to peers and end customers
? Focus on innovative, scalable methods to make customers self-sufficient


? 在客户评估和开发阶段向客户提供高中低功率器件（MOSFET/SiC, Gate Driver等）及基于此类器件应用的解决方案技术咨询，支持内部FAE为客户提供支持
? 根据客户应用要求，解答客户问题，为客户提供系统电路分析，系统设计调试及开发服务
? 与营销、硬件/软件开发和芯片/解决方案设计团队跨职能合作支持客户，通过与客户和内部团队沟通，收集相关领域的IP/产品/应用需求。
? 准备并向同行和最终客户提供产品/解决方案培训
? 专注于创新、可扩展的方法，使客户独立使用英飞凌产品


任职要求：


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
? Bachelor or above degree, major in EE, 3+ Years relevant experience
? Solid knowledge and hands-on experience of IGBT, SiC in xEV applications, such Main Inviter, DCDC or OBC
? Good knowledge of power electronics device physics (IGBT/Diode, SiC), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs
? Customer-orientated mindset, great interest in interacting with various of customer engineers
? EMC/EMI experience is preferred
? Interest and ability to learn new technologies very quickly
? Good communications skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
? Occasionally travelling required (if COVID 19 situation permits)

? 熟悉IGBT, SiC 在电动汽车中的应用, 如逆变器，车载充电，并有一定的动手能力和经验
? 熟悉功率器件产品的物理，电气特性和针对不同应用的选型
? 以客户为导向的思维方式，对与各种客户工程师的互动工作非常感兴趣
? 快速学习新技术的兴趣和能力
? 良好的英语和普通话的书面和口头沟通能力
? 偶尔需要出差（新冠疫情情况允许的时候）
