职位描述
BASIC FUNCTION
1. Support national service network and improve their service capabilities
2. Provide service technical support and training to distributors, dealers and end users.
3. Provide field investigation and timely solve the field issues at customer’s site
4. Provide technical support to important selling and sold projects
5. Support to achieve parts & service sales target
6. Prepare technical documents and training material
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides technical support and advice to distributors in accordance with established procedures and standards.
2. Provides technical information to support sales, distributors and end users.
3. Support sales & distributors with service guarantee solutions in a timely manner.
4. Help distributors to elevate their technical capability and performance. Assess service distributors and help them to improve their service capabilities.
5. Develop, plan and conduct service technical training for distributors and dealers.
6. Investigate root causes of product failures and solve the problem timely.
7. Implement Kohler’s warranty claim policy.
8. Provide technical support to important selling and sold projects
9. Support to achieve regional parts & service sales target
10. Any other service and training duties as and when assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Marine, Diesel Engines, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Experienced at big diesel engine technical service, both at mechanical and electrical.
3. With service experience at gensets is a plus.
4. Good customer service sense.
5. Good communication and presentation skills.
6. English reading and writing skills are required. Spoken English skill is a plus.
7. Be able to travel frequently.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Supervisory Relationships: Reports to Sr. Manager -Parts & Service
-Organization Relationships: Frequent contacts with cross functions in China and global service team.
-External Business Relationships: All distributors, dealers and customers.
