Job Description:
The mission of Intel PRC marketing group is to drive the growth of Intel's corporate and product brand and generate demand for Intel's products in China, one of the largest consumption markets in the world. This position is the integrated marketing manager of tech leadership campaigns in CPM-Cross Portfolio Marketing team. Primary responsibility is to develop and drive fully integrated, high impact technical marketing campaigns. Effective works with HQ team, local sales, business units, cross-teams, partners, and COEs include event, web, social media, PR, research etc. to create and deliver unified Intel China corporate technical campaigns such as Intel ON event serials that represent Intel brand to broad audiences, uplift perception of Intel as an innovate technology leader. Responsibilities also include developing and driving the execution and evaluation of campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators, operational metrics, and reporting. Monitors, evaluates, and makes ongoing recommendations to optimize the marketing mix to achieve the best ROI for marketing investments. Ensures all stakeholders are aligned with campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, programs and tactics. Campaigns will be wide ranging in scope and complexity yet focused on driving Intel's tech leadership.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of semiconductor market and China IT: relevant to CPU, GPU these architects; process and packaging, memory these semiconductor technologies; datacenter and AI, intelligent edge and network, accelerated processors and graphics, consumer and commercial PC these markets; ability to learn and absorb information quickly- Excellent management skills: structure the job framework, set up task forces, establish process and active different stakeholders and functions to well align on the execution, promising final delivery on time- Good communication skills: communicate objective, strategy and tactics from the complexity, effective and constructive communication with stakeholders, facilitate agreement among teams- Drive innovation: always looking for what is possible, break the barriers, ability to take initiate, be bold to deploy leading and modern marketing methods- Passion and result oriented: passion and positive attitude to face challenge or working pressure to deliver results for biz, flexible work schedule, ability to multi- tasks- Event marketing experience: understand the event role in the campaign, know the key elements of online, offline and hybrid events- Social marketing experience: understand media and social marketing role, familiar with China social media environment, strong willingness to utilize social marketing to change audience's perception- Content marketing experience: understand content marketing scope and process, how to generate, manage and promote right contents to serve audience needs in different stage and promotion channels- 6+ years marketing or related experience: marketing or related working experience with proven track record, multinational company preferred - Education: bachelor degree or above, MBA or relevant education is nice to have, preferably in marketing or related field. - Excellent written and oral English communication skills- Location: Beijing
