- Drive project progress, provide regular updates to leadership team and business stakeholders
- 2. 项目/任务优先级和时间表与外部团队共同开发;
- Project/task prioritization and schedule co-development with external teams
- 3. 识别关键阻碍的地方并提出解决方案，如有需要，上报风险点;
- Identify key blockers and propose solutions, call out and escalate if needed
- 4. 管理多个项目的并行开发计划和数字化产品的开发版本;
- Manage concurrent development plans for multiple projects and version management of digital products
- - 5年以上Java/C#/NodeJS(至少其中一种)语言开发经验，并且在该经历中担任技术领导角色
- More than 5 years of experience in Java/C#/Node JS development, and use your experience and skills
- to advance your career as leader.
- - 5 年以上从概念到交付的软件开发生命周期经验;
- More than 5 years of experience in technical program/project management, or similar technical leadership role
- - 优秀的组织能力，有项目跟踪经验，专注力强，注重细节,能够在快节奏、忙碌和充满活力的环境中工作，但能够保持高质量标准;
- Excellent organizational skill, experience project tracking, strong focus and attention to detail; the ability to work in a very fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment, yet able to maintain high quality standards
- - 出色的人际交往和沟通技巧(口头和书面)以及与所有组织级别有效合作的能力;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
- - 具有影响和发展与资源和依赖团队的富有成效的工作关系的能力;
- Demonstrated ability to influence and develop productive working relationships with resources and dependent teams
