Responsibilities：

1. Provide facility management support services to internal and external school stakeholders. Ensure engineering and facilities meet Dulwich College standards, international school norms and PRC national and local regulations. Good communication with related government departments such as water and electric. 15%



2. Ensure all contracted out services (fire and facilities maintenance etc.) are fit for purpose, effective and efficient. Supervises and performs the repair of plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. make sure all things are good at school. 20%



3. Manage, monitor, and control the work of contracted-out services to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and facilities provisions. ensure contract KPI’s are monitored and met regularly. Assigns work to maintenance staff and explaining work to be done. inspects complete jobs. Estimates time and materials required for a job. Initiates requisitions for supplies and equipment. Supervises and assists in preventive maintenance on all equipment and buildings. 20%



4. Daily health and safety check for the school. manage and control AQI monitors, and fresh System and portable purifiers and fresh air system are all in good condition and operating correctly. 25%



5. Supervise the day-to-day work of external service providers and contractors including, but not limited to maintenance. support to the facilities supervisor daily work. 15%



6. Any other related ad-hoc tasks as may be required. 5%



Skills and Experience Required：

l 3 years related working experiences

l Ability to build relationships with other team members

l Ability to express her/his view on related work openly

l College degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

l Good attitude to work, sense of initiative and strong responsibility

l Good computer skills-including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and email

l Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

l Language ability-fluent Mandarin Chinese & English
