1、负责登记已采购价格数据，及时率100%，准确率100%负责开具出入库单，准确率100%在交标规定时间内，配合招投标中心完成投标项目询价工作。负责合同的敲章工作，及时率90%根据材料选型表及内算表安排供应商寄送材料样品。样品准确率90%，并且需在一周内准备齐全完成供应商结算单、完工验收单等手续的办理，准确率95%售后200万以下维修项目的人员、材料安排及结算工作，准时率90%参加每周四部门例会，汇报下周采购计划及案例分享负责参加公司的各项会议，包括开工检讨会、完工检讨会、项目交底会等，参加率100%。针对同专业供应商进行对比考评，项目竣工后1个月内出具对比分析报告，定期（每年度）与供应商沟通交流。供应商资格录入（需包含营业执照、相关资质文件、厂商基本信息表等），先入库再成交。供应商考核（如供应商有自有工厂，需对其工厂规模，生产能力等进行考察；如是分包商，需对其已完工项目或是在建项目进行考察，并完成供应商考察表的填写）项目完工后1个月内，完成各自对应项目的毛利率分析表每年参加至少1次的材料博览会，1周内出具参与心得，整理供应商名录，意向供应商考察不得少于3个。负责完成上级安排的任务，完成率95%以上。
