You are responsible for:
? Manage the commodity / supplier strategy to fulfill the requirement of Transport global supplier panel and development roadmap
? Supplier development: start & raise business with already homologated & identified suppliers
? Strong Cost analysis ability(TCO) while tender phase
? Lead the project development and execution: RFQ, negotiation, DFQ cycle, FAI, serial delivery, Payment follow up
? Take the lead among logistic and quality team to manage all supplier’s QCD issues.
? Communicate with Central CM weekly for projects follow up and new projects introduction
? Set up China sub-system supplier Commodity map to develop new supplier.
? Application of Alstom Sourcing, quality, supply chain procedure

What do I need to qualify for this job?
In this role, you are expected to build good network and effective working relationships across different teams, and to reach sourcing, quality and OTIF target.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or relevant engineering degree.
? Above 3 years’ experience of sourcing in development of Mechatronics system etc.
? Good leadership skills to monitor internal and external team.
? Have a good team work spirit and work under pressure.
? Good communication in English and Chinese. French speaker would be a plus.
? Able to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications:
? Railway background
? Alstom products and process.
? High autonomy and strong problem solving skills.
? Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a changing environment with a sense of urgency
