Key accountabilities and responsibilities
1. Issue and write off invoices
2. Cash receipt and payment, bank transactions
3. Review original vouchers and prepare bookkeeping vouchers (input into Kingdee system)
4. Prepare account book, and cooperate with bank reconciliation
5. Prepare and review financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.
6. Declare all kinds of tax reports required by tax regulations
7. Bind vouchers, account book, etc. every month
8. On the 5th-6th day of each month, provide statements and account book, salary, social security and administrative expenses, and send to Shanghai
9. Local Statistics bureau, Finance Bureau, industry and Commerce and other matters, and various statements provided (as per local requested)
10. Other reports requested
11. Cooperate with Shanghai audit
12. Other Senior requested
Required experience & skills
1. Bachelor Degree or above (Full time education)
2. Major in Finance, Accounting or relevant fields
3. 3+ years working experience in Financial/Accounting relevant functions of logistics industry
4. Accounting Intermediate Certificate +
5. Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT
6. Good English
7. Professional accounting quality
8. Familiar with preparing financial statements
9. Familiar with Tax and Accounting policy
10. The ability to communicate and coordinate
