JOB PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this role is to design / build / support AZC Bigdata platform which including foundation CDP and related product like AZ360 Data Product Series, Tagging/Segmentation, API Management, etc from technical perspective. With the aiming at accelerating digital transformation at AZC and empower business via data

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
CDP Platform Capability Management
1. Design and develop CDP related foundation technical component or function to meet AZC data product usage which including HCP360, SalesRep360, Tagging/Segmentation, etc.
2. Response to run the CDP development cycle follow latest CICD / DataOps idea to optimize the platform quickly and continuously
3. Be the bridge and technical expert to support external/internal for CDP BAU related activities
4. Work with AZC solution architecture to design and review complex function or solution
5. Response for CDP platform long-term capability and roadmap
CDP Platform Data Management
1. Design holistic technical solution for data governance which help to improve and ensure data quality in AZC
2. Setup and define advanced solution for overall data quality management and automation process to fix issue accordingly
CDP Platform Foundation Product Management
1. Work closely with Product owner who is consuming data from CDP and be the technical expert to provide solution which meet Product owner requirement from CDP
2. Support CDP based Product related technical issue and provide best-in-time solution when needed
3. Be the technical goalkeeper to make decision on the requirement from CDP based Product Owner
CDP Platform Foundation Management
1. Work closely with Cloud team to ensure CDP has strong and stable cloud environment as foundation
2. Design and adjust cloud component to reduce the TCO or optimize the capability for CDP

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 10 years+ Experience in data / development related area with 8 years’ experience in MNC. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
3) Strong experience in OpenSource solution especially for BigData related area like DataBricks, Hadoop, ClickHouse,Spark, Kyligence etc. with hands-on experience on data ingestion area and have knowledge of common ETL solution like ADF, SSIS, ect.
4) Strong experience on data product development especially for building from scratch
5) Deep understanding on coding area including code review and some code development for Java related area
6) Deep understanding on cloud area including Azure, Ali, AWS, etc.
7) Deep understanding on data governance, data management area
8) Knowledge on commonly used Report Solution like Power BI/Tableau, etc.
9) Excellent communication skills and solid analytics experience
10) Fluent in both Mandarin & English
