What are my responsibilities?

1. Operate import/export process with forwarder/China customs in efficient way.

有效地与货运代理及中国海关依照相关流程完成进出口工作

2. Forwarder quotation/service level update and comparision for further management decision make

为管理层货运代理的相关决策，提供货运代理报价和服务等级的信息更新及对比

3. Forwarder performance evaluation and forwarder management

货运代理服务的评价和管理

4. Forwarder payment / invoice verification

货运代理相关费用的支付/发票校验

5. China customs/CIQ audit cooperation

中国海关/检验检疫局的审计合作

6. Goods transportation support to R&D, Operation department, company level

对研发部门、执行部门以及公司层面的货物运输支持

7. Export CoO letter application

出口原产地证书申请

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Porfessional knowledge in international trade and China customs relevant laws and policy

国际贸易和中国海关相关法律法规政策的专业知识

2. Porfessional knowledge in forwarder handling process

货运代理操作和管理流程的专业知识

3. Be familiar with key documentation/bill released from Customs; CIQ; forwarders....

熟悉海关、检验检疫局、货运代理等相关关键行业文件/法规。

4. Forwarder performance evaluation

货运代理服务评价

5. > 3 years working experence in customs clearance, communical inspection and international forwarder arrangement, import and export operation

3年以上的海关清关、商检、国际货运代理安排、进出口日常操作相关工作经验

6. Bachelor degree or above in international trade or management. Fluent english skill.

国际贸易或管理专业的本科及其以上学历

熟练、流利的英文技能

1. Mission of Function 主要职责任务:

Work with forwarders and ensure import&export customs clearance operation run smoothly and ensure all operations comply with relavent laws and policy.

与货运代理接口工作，确保货物进出口清关的顺利进行和完成，保证所有流程和操作遵循相关法律法规和政策。

2. Contacts (internal / external) 工作接口(内部/外部):

Operational purchasing team; Commercial dept; International forwarders; China Customs; CIQ China.
