- For our Accounting & Controlling Cluster Infrastructure Process Office (CIPO), we are looking for a Project Manager at the earliest opportunity. The role of project manager in the Infrastructure process office would be to drive internal improvement projects within the defined time, quality and cost parameters. The candidate should demonstrate initiative & drive the entrusted projects with limited coaching/intervention

What are my responsibilities?
Mission
- To define and execute assigned projects in time, quality and budget. Project topics will be assigned by the Project Management Office in the CIPO

Dimensions
- Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office in the CIPO. Responsibility for the budget, planning and management of the assigned end-to-end process optimization projects

Contacts
- NEA Cluster and Country Heads, Heads of Corp. Departments & Services, Process Subject Matter Experts, External Consulting Firms, Managers of comparable multinationals in the Region, similar functions in other Clusters

Tasks
ANALYZE
- Derive and structure project timelines, including milestones and deliverables in the defined project management methodology
DEFINE
- Define work packages, detailed deliverables for project work streams in accordance with given targets
PRIOITIZE
- Transfer and prioritize defined initiatives into corresponding projects and determine relevant elements for project execution and management
EXECUTE
- Manage the relevant projects with connection to end-to-end processes in the execution, knowledge transfer and change management
MONITOR
- Manage and monitor the ongoing and planned projects & initiatives and derive necessary corrections and alignments

Experience
- Broad knowledge of cross-functional support/infrastructure processes and ability to connect loose ends into streamlined and harmonized results for the benefit of the organization
- Process management capabilities in order to cover the requirements of a standardized procedure in handling the defined tasks > support / infrastructure processes (IT, SCM, HR, Accounting, Finance, etc.) and internal project management experience
- Management of various internal HQ from departments, sectors, regions. Leading of teams assembled for project purposes incl. ext. consultants
- Management of process topics in Asian environments; handling of global interfaces in headquarter and shared service organizations worldwide
