Aim of function
- As a Compliance Investigator you will be responsible for conducting and following up on domestic and international investigations, which are highly complex and require utmost discretion
Contact
- All departments within Siemens that may contribute information about the investigation
- Senior management in the meta-cluster Asia, Australia in briefings about cases
- External contacts where necessary within the planned investigation scope

Tasks:
- Functionally manage and coordinate case-specific teams of compliance investigators to conduct highly complex compliance investigations
- Perform preparatory work for compliance investigations
- Carry out compliance investigations in Asia, Australia
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend remediation measures

Knowledge
- Interview skills

- IT related skills Experience
- Three years of experience in internal investigations in a multi-national company or the public-sector; depending on the
- Type of audits performed, such experience may be substituted
- Experience in the Siemens internal investigation process will be seen positive
- One year experience working in a multinational environment with field work in at least 3 different countries
Education
- Master or above
