- For our SLC CIT BR AAE we are looking for a Business Solution Manager – Healthcare ( HC) Customer Service ( CS ) solutions at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Analysis of requirements related to HC CS processes; Technical feasibility ; Ensure the changes follow standardized concept
- Coordinate with countries for regional solution to get their acceptance for impact of reguional changes
- Prepare functional specifications and test plans for all these changes
- Work as SPOC person for HC for escalations for Change request and incidents related to HC.
- Maintain documentation for HC solutions in the region AAE.
- Quality management and continuous improvement of solution
- Team work and knowledge sharing within the team
- Coordinate within the region AAE for major enhancements and willing to travel when required in AAE region

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Techniques
- Good communication skills in English
- Good knowledge on MS Excel and power point
- Customer oriented
- Knowledge on SAP - CS, SD, MM module
- Process knowledge on Customer service processes in Organization

Experiences
- Good knowledge on at least one of the SAP Modules ( SD, MM, CS ) . Knowledge on integration aspects between logistics and financial ( FICO )
- 5 - 6 years experience in one of the SAP Modules ( SD, MM, CS ) for implementation or support , Experience of implementing one of the SAP Modules ( SD, MM, CS ) in medium to large sized company ( > 3000 employees ) for at least 5 projects
- Project management skills and team work skills
- Preferably : Experience of working in international environment
