职责描述：
Main task:
Oversee and coordinate shop floor quality activities in accordance with internal and external requirements to guaranty product quality, customer satisfaction and company targets.
Duties and responsibilities:
? Leading, monitoring and organization of the shop floor quality team to guaranty the defined regulations (reporting, material handling, cost, etc.) within the responsible area
? Present and describe shop floor quality related deviations / problems and initiate improvements
? Solve complex quality problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of appropriate solutions using established procedures and standards.
? Shop floor Quality interface to related functions
? Plan resources for containment actions within the responsible area. Guaranty the compliance of outsource on-site workers in reference to safety and ZF PS.
? Secure the 5S system within the responsible area
? Quality shop floor staff resource management, evaluate the performance of the staff, define training demand

任职要求：
? Degree in engineering or quality management
? 2 - 5 years of professional experience
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP system
? Good communication skills
? Good leadership and management skills
